We've been working on Northeast homes since 2003. Started small — a couple of lads doing roofs, kitchens and bathrooms — and grew the business one happy customer at a time. Word of mouth, mostly. Still our biggest source of work.

Today we cover eleven trades in-house. Roofers, joiners, plasterers, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, tilers — all directly employed, all answerable to the same standard. That's the difference. No subbies who vanish halfway through. No finger-pointing when something needs fixing.

We're a family-run business and we run it the way we'd want a job doing on our own homes. Show up on time. Tidy up at the end. Don't take the piss with the price. Stand behind the work.

If that sounds simple, that's because it should be — and we're constantly amazed how many companies still get it wrong.
